Currently, Feed for TikTok Shop mainly provides “product feed” and “syncing order” features to the merchants.

We only sync the product information obtained from your BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento-2 store to your TikTok Shop for more efficient app listing. Information modified on TikTok Shop will not be synced back to your BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento-2 store.

When there are orders placed from TikTok Shop, we will sync orders with your BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento-2 store. Orders created from your BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento-2 store will not be synced to your TikTok Shop.
