Why doesn't my tracking number go through TikTok Shop?
If you're experiencing issues with orders not having tracking information synced to your TikTok Shop store, there could be a couple of reasons why this is happening.
Did you use the carrier that TikTok Shop allows?
Per TikTok Shop seller policy, for orders that Ship by Seller, Sellers must choose from one of TikTok Shop's approved integrated carriers to fulfill orders.

Before AfterShip Feed(Feed For TikTok Shop) syncs product to TikTok Shop, you need to set up shipping template and warehouse in your TikTok Shop seller center.
Setup warehouses
On the left-hand side of your TikTok Shop dashboard, go to My account Seller profile Warehouse/Pickup address.

Most time, the first status of the products is “Suspend - Reviewing”. It means the TikTok Shop team is reviewing your products to see if they meet TikTok Shop policies.
