AfterShip Feed's Product sync feature allows you to
Link products between TikTok and Shopify that share the same SKU.
Manage and fulfil TikTok Shop orders on your eCommerce platform by linking products with the same SKU
You can choose to automatically link products or do it manually for each product based on your requirement.

Once your products are imported from your TikTok Shop to AfterShip Feed you will see a separate tab called Products from TikTok Shop. This tab shows all the products uploaded from your TikTok Shop Seller Center account.
If you are setting up the account for the first time, a prompt window asking you if you want to enable auto-link products feature or do it manually will appear.
If you choose to do it automatically, AfterShip Feed will automatically link the products listed on your TikTok Shop to your eCommerce platform stores and vice versa. In addition, new products uploaded on TikTok Shop will also be linked automatically. We consider SKU IDs to match products.
If you choose to do it manually, you can Link products directly from the Product syncing page or the banner on the AfterShip Feed admin's home page.
- When you click Link products, you will be directed to the Product syncing* page to link products SKUs.
Go to Product syncing (sidebar) in your AfterShip Feed admin.
Move to the Products on TikTok Shop tab where all the products imported from your TTS are listed.
Products that are not yet linked will have the option to Link displayed against them. Click on it to open the SKU linking modal.
Search for the Shopify SKU or product name in the search bar or select the SKU from the list below. You can optimize the Shopify SKU search by filtering out the list by Shopify category(ies) and tag(s). Click Link SKU to link the TTS and Shopify SKUs.
Once the TikTok Shop SKU is linked, the Shopify SKU it is linked with will displayed under the Shopify SKU tab on the dashboard.
If two SKUs are linked together, our app will regard them as the same SKU. This will have the following effects on your product and orders.
When you edit the price and inventory of the linked products on your eCommerce platforms, they will be updated automatically to TikTok Shop's linked products
When orders generated with the linked products on TikTok Shop, the same orders will be synced back to your eCommerce platform. Our app creates orders on your eCommerce platform stores for those products that are linked to the TikTok Shop's products
You can unlink any SKU according to your needs. Just click the Unlink button on the SKU list and confirm. The selected SKU will be unlinked straight away.
Please note that unlinking an SKU means the relationship between the two SKUs is no longer effective, which means price and inventory changes will not be updated from your eCommerce platform stores. Orders (with the unlinked SKUs) created on TikTok Shop will not be synced to your eCommerce platform stores.
If you want to link your products again, you'll have to do it manually by again choosing the SKUs from TikTok Shop and clicking the Link option. The modal would appear with all the SKUs from your eCommerce platform stores. You can choose from the list to decide which SKU to link with TikTok Shop SKU.
You must know your Shopify product SKU in order to link TikTok products successfully.
