Why is my TikTok Shop order still "In Transit" while the package has been delivered?
What happended?
For example, We have an TikTok Shop order #123, and it is "In Transit " in TikTok Shop seller center.

But the package is delivered in the courier website.

Why is my order still "In Transit"?
AfterShip Feed (Feed For TikTok Shop) syncs your tracking number to TikTok Shop once you fulfill the order in Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
Then, TikTok Shop tracks the package status by itself.
Sometimes, TikTok Shop can't update the status correctly. At the moment, AfterShip Feed also hasn't a way to notify the TikTok Shop team to correct it.
How can I resolve it?
