When you opt for Shipped by seller, you have the flexibility to print the shipping label from your own carrier account. After printing the label, you can pack your products and hand them directly to your chosen carrier. When using this option, you must select a carrier from the list of TikTok Shop selected carrier partners.
When your orders are designated as "Shipped via Platform" or "Shipped by TikTok," the process involves printing labels from TikTok Shop's carrier account within the TikTok Shop Seller Center (TTS). After label printing, you'll prepare your products for shipment and initiate the collection request within the TTS, subsequently allocating the package to the carrier assigned by TTS.
Note: To use your current shipping service for label printing, please set Shipping Options as Shipped by Seller.
