It means your order is Shipped via platform, and you must purchase and print shipping labels on TikTok Shop seller center. If the order is Shipped via platform,TikTok doesn't share the complete shipping address with you.
To print the shipping labels in your own way, you should use Shipped by seller. Here is a guideline for you:

If you change the price of your product on TikTok Shop without modifying the pricing on your eCommerce platform stores, orders can still be placed from TikTok Shop.
As TikTok Shop only supports the tracking of 11 integrated couriers. Using couriers other than the following ones may cause failure of tracking the logistics status for TikTok Shop buyers.

Due to some contrasting rules between TikTok Shop Seller Center and eCommerce platforms (BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento-2, and Shopify), you may see a difference with respect to the item amount and tax calculation.
We set tax amounts according to eCommerce website platform rules when syncing orders from TikTok Shop, in order to show the correct order amount. Therefore, in the order detail section of your eCommerce platform stores, you may see tax amounts unaligned with your TikTok Shop orders.
On WooCommerce, you cannot enter tracking number and courier name manually. Usually, WooCommerce merchants install tracking or shipment plugins to fill tracking information in the order detail section. We suggest installing AfterShip Tracking or Shipment Tracking, as these two plugins can update tracking information smoothly to TikTok Shop. Other WooCommerce shipment or tracking plugins may cause failure when updating tracking information to TikTok Shop's orders.
Our app now support the coupon/discount mapping, which means you can see an accurate breakup of TikTok Shop order amount on your store admin.
Here is how the coupon/discount amount information will be displayed in the order detail sections of your eCommerce platform stores.
BigCommerce
The discount amount will be shown in the Discount section when you check the order details through your BigCommerce admin. Please note that the discount amount does not include the shipping discount/coupon amount. The shipping discount/coupon amount will be reduced directly from the shipping fee amount.

Magento-2
The discount amount will be shown in the Discount section when you check the order details through your Magento-2 admin. Unlike BigCommerce, the discount amount includes the shipping discount/coupon amount.

WooCommerce
The discount amount will be shown in the Coupon section when you check the order details through your WooCommerce admin. Please note, the discount amount does not include the shipping discount/coupon amount. The shipping discount/coupon amount will be reduced directly from the shipping fee amount.

1. Why does the shipping address of the order contain "****"?
