Connect Your Stores With AfterShip Feed

Overview



AfterShip Feed is the bridge that links your eCommerce and TikTok Shop stores. Once you’ve connected both your eCommerce and TikTok Shop stores to AfterShip Feed, you can start syncing products to TikTok Shop and manage your sales and inventory on your eCommerce platform.

Getting started



Note: Before you start syncing your products, please check if you have done the following steps in your TikTok Seller Center.

Complete the TikTok Shop onboarding process.

Set up your warehouse addresses (My Account > Account settings > Warehouse Settings) and Shipping templates (Shipping > Shipping Template).





Set up your shipping options (Shipping > Shipping Options).



To start syncing products on AfterShip Feed, you’ll first need to do the following:

Connect your TikTok Shop store
Connect your eCommerce store

Once you have completed these two steps, you can start mapping your eCommerce store products to the TikTok Shop category.

Connecting your TikTok Shop store



To start selling on TikTok Shop, you first need to connect your TikTok store to AfterShip Feed. The following regions are supported: United Kingdom, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and China mainland and Hong Kong SAR.

Note: Support for the United States is coming soon. You can click Join the waitlist when asked to choose your TikTok Shop region to get notified when United States becomes available.

On the AfterShip Feed admin home page, click Connect TikTok Shop store.



After you choose your TikTok Shop store region, you’ll be redirected to the TikTok Shop website.



Choose your TikTok Shop account type and then click Next.



Sign in to your TikTok Shop account if you haven't already, select the renew duration (we recommend choosing "Add an additional year"), input your contact email, agree to the terms, and then click Confirm to install.



Hit Authorize



If you have multiple organizations on AfterShip, click the Connect button next to the organization you want to connect.



Connecting your eCommerce store



The specific connection process will depend on which eCommerce platform you’re using. The following instructions provide a general guide for connecting a store to AfterShip Feed. To learn the connection process for your specific eCommerce platform, check out the following help articles:

Make sure the store you wish to connect uses the same currency as your TikTok Shop store. You can reference our help articles to learn how to enable currencies for your eCommerce store.

Go to the AfterShip Feed homepage.



Select your eCommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc).
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your store.

Additional details



You can only have 1 eCommerce store and 1 TikTok Shop store connected to an AfterShip organization at any one time. If you want to connect more stores, you’ll have to connect them to different organizations.
If you want to connect a new store in the current AfterShip organization, you must disconnect the store that is currently connected. You can disconnect your store on AfterShip Feed's Apps page.
For WooCommerce merchants: To sync the tracking number from WooCommerce back to your TikTok Shop store, please install our free AfterShip Tracking plugin or WooCommerce Shipment Tracking plugin in your WooCommerce store.
