How to Resolve Inconsistent Currency Issue

After connecting your eCommerce store with TikTok Shop, AfterShip Feed (Feed For TikTok Shop) checks if your eCommerce store has the same currency as configured in your TikTok Shop.

For example, if your TikTok Shop store is in United Kingdom region and then the currency is set to Great Britain Pound (GBP), your eCommerce store should also support GBP currency to sync your eCommerce store products to the TikTok Shop store successfully.

If your eCommerce store does not support GBP currency, you will meet the following error:

How to resolve it

Please add the currency that TikTok Shop requires in your e-commerce store settings.

Once your eCommerce store's currency is updated, AfterShip Feed will sync the setting within 1 hour or you can reinstall the eCommerce app to trigger it immediately.

For WooCommerce, please reload the Feed page later if your currency is correct as AfterShip Feed is pulling the currency settings from your WooCommerce store. If it takes more than 1 hour, please get in touch with us, your store may have something wrong.
