How to Resolve “Authorization Expired”

Overview



The authorization for TikTok can be granted for a maximum period of one year. Once it expires, users need to reauthorize the app. The data of the users remains unaffected after reauthorization.

Please follow the steps below to perform the reauthorization.

Login into your TikTok Seller Center, please click on the 'Authorize' button and follow the instructions to update your authorization.







After successfully authorizing, please be sure to wait for the countdown to finish and redirect to the AfterShip Feed.



[Optional] After redirecting to the AfterShip Feed, you may encounter the following scenario: If you have multiple organizations, please select the currently connected one.



Successfully accessing the AfterShip Feed page indicates that the authorization update has been successful.
