AfterShip Feed empowers merchants by allowing customization of TikTok Shop (TTS) order tags. While the default tag is "TikTok Shop," merchants can personalize it by adding tags like "TikTok-FBM." This feature proves valuable for distinguishing Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) orders, giveaway orders, and sample orders, aiding in efficient order management.

Explore how this customization enhances order categorization and differentiates FBT orders with a unique "FBT" tag.

Steps to customize the Shopify tag section

Log into your AfterShip Feed account.

Navigate to Settings > Channel settings > Order sync.






Scroll down to the Customize Shopify Tag section.

By default, Feed tags TTS orders with the TikTok Shop tag, but you can add new conditions, such as tagging Fulfilled by TikTok Shop orders with FBT.




Save the configuration, and the customized tags will be applied to upcoming orders.
