Why doesn't my tracking number go through TikTok Shop?

If you're experiencing issues with orders not having tracking information synced to your TikTok Shop store, there could be a couple of reasons why this is happening.

Did you use the carrier that TikTok Shop allows?

Per TikTok Shop seller policy, for orders that Ship by Seller, Sellers must choose from one of TikTok Shop's approved integrated carriers to fulfill orders.

The integrated carriers approved by TikTok Shop UK are as follows:

- Royal Mail (24® tracked or 48® tracked only)
- Hermes/ EVRI
- Yodel
- Amazon Logistics
- Parcel2Go
- Parcel Force
- UK Mail
- FedEx UK

Sellers are only allowed to choose from the carriers listed above. Alternative shipping services not on this list will not be recognized when uploading.
