Why Can't I Find the Product When Mapping It?

If your store is on Shopify, you need to make the following settings on the Shopify product page before you can map your products



Change the Product Status to "Active".
Add "Online Store" and "AfterShip Feed for TikTok Shop" to Sales channel and apps (both are required).

If you Deactivate a product on the Shopify online store, the synced product will be deactivated on TikTok Shop automatically.
If you update the Shopify product from Activate to Draft/Archived, the synced product on TikTok will be deactivated automatically. It will be activated automatically when you Activate the product on Shopify.
If you want your product only published on TikTok Shop, not on Shopify "Online Store", please contact us via support+feed@aftership.com

If you have already made the above configurations or if your store is on a non-Shopify e-commerce platform



After installing AfterShip Feed for the first time, the system will continuously synchronize the platform's products and product categories to Feed. Usually, this process takes about an hour. The specific time depends on the number of your products. You can see the products that have been synchronized to AfterShip Feed on the Category mapping page.

Only products that are not linked to items on your TikTok Shop can be mapped. If you have synched the product to your TTS store, or linked it to the product on your TikTok Shop, you will not be able to find this product on Category mapping page.
