For orders that shipped by TikTok, you need to print the label from TikTok Shop's own carrier account on TTS seller central, pack your products,
then ask for collection on TTS seller central and hand over the package to the carrier that TTS assigns.
For orders that shipped by seller, you can print the shipping label from your own carrier account, pack your products, then hand over the package to the carrier directly.
But you have to choose carrier from the TikTok Shop selected carrier partners.
Note: To use your current shipping service for label printing, please set Shipping Options as Shipped by Seller.

Set up your Pickup Warehouse and Return Warehouse
Seller Center > My Account > Seller Profile > Warehouse/Pickup Address > Add warehouse
Set up Shipping Options
Seller Center > Shipping > Shipping Options
If you want to purchase and print labels on your way such as ShipStation / Click & Drop /..., Please set Shipped by seller as preferred.
If you don't have the button "Set as preferred", you need to enable at least one option under Shipped by seller, then it will show a button "Set as preferred".
If you set Shipping Options as "Shipped by Seller", please choose your default provider from the list. And note that you can only ship your orders with the shipping providers you choose here.
Check the Sales Information of your product
The delivery option should be Default, or Custom - the shipping method that you want. For example, if you want to print the shipping label from your own carrier account, it should be Default or Custom - Shipped by seller.

Seller Center > My Account > Account Settings > Warehouse Settings > Add warehouse
Set up Shipping Options
Seller Center > Shipping > Shipping Options
If you set Shipped by Seller as the preferred shipping option, you can only use the listed TikTok recommended shipping service providers. Whatever you change the shipping option or delivery option, your changes will only valid for upcoming orders, your existing orders will not be affected.
