How to Deactivate Synced Products

You can deactivate and delete products that are already synced to TikTok shop seller center.
Once the products are synced to TikTok Shop seller center, they are listed under the Active tab.
Go to Products > Manage Products > Active tab
Click Deactivate to stop the sync and make the product inactive on TikTok shop.
You can always reactivate the product if you need. Get in touch with us and our engineers will help you reactivate your products.
