Can I Publish Products without Adding the Shipping and Product details?
TikTok Shop Product Publication Requirements
TikTok Shop requires that every product includes size and weight information. This is a limitation set by TikTok Shop.
If this kind of information already exists in your e-Commerce store, we will directly retrieve it. If not, you must fill it out before syncing the product to TikTok Shop.
If your product does not have exact size and weight information, it is recommended to provide an estimated value.
For certain categories of products, additional necessary information needs to be provided
Product Testing Reports
Please provide a valid copy of the Test Report issued by a Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)-accepted accredited laboratory.
Children's Product Certificate
Please submit the Children's Product Certificate (CPC) issued by the manufacturer, importer, or private labeler according to the guidelines stated on the Consumer Product Safety Commission website, in the English language.
Tracking Information Labeling
Please upload a clear photo of the product tracking label for all children's products designed or intended primarily for children 12 years of age or younger.
GTIN (Global Trade Item Number):
GTIN is an internationally acknowledged code that uniquely identifies products. If a product possesses a GTIN, the code will be visibly presented alongside the barcode on the packaging or cover of the item. If you do not possess a product ID, you can obtain one by requesting it from the manufacturer. In the case where you manufacture the product yourself, please refer to the GS1 Standards website (https://www.gs1uk.org/) for further guidance. If your product lacks barcode information, you can input any valid value that adheres to the specified rules in order to ensure successful publication.
To comply with the restrictions of TikTok Shop, you must provide the above-mentioned information.
If you do not have this information, it is advisable to choose other similar categories, as each category may have different requirements for filling out the necessary information.
