Auto-Link TikTok Shop Products to Your eCommerce Platform Products

When do I need this feature?

When you use the app for the first time, the products on your TikTok Shop store will be imported to the app. You can choose to open the auto-link feature to let the app automatically link the products uploaded on TikTok Shop Seller Center to your eCommerce platform store products. The auto-link feature is operated under the matching of SKU IDs between TikTok Shop and the eCommerce platform.

As you choose to open the auto-link feature via a prompt modal, your choice will have two effects on the performance of the app.



If you choose "Automatically link", the auto-link feature will take effect, and all the products (including the newly added ones) imported from your TikTok Shop and eCommerce platform store will be linked if they share the same SKU IDs.

If you choose "I'll do it manually", the auto-link feature will not take effect, and you need to manually link the products.

Apart from the one-time prompt modal, you have the control to open or close the auto-link feature as and when you want. You can set this feature from the Settings page.

Steps to enable it

Go to Settings and click Auto-link products



Click the toggle button to enable or disable the Auto-link products feature.
